• Building experience includes sub-contracting in framing, lock-up, and fixing of all types of new homes, extensions and renovations.
  
• Consultancy advice to owner builders from the vantage point of Project management.
  
• Extensive experience in building larger, quality, architecturally designed homes.
  
• Over 20 years experience in designing and building energy efficient homes as a licensed, registered builder.
  
• Owned and operated a window and door manufacturing business.
